
In this experience, I will lead you in a gentle Yin and restorative yoga class with all props provided. I will be offering Thai massage and Reiki Lifeforce energy to all participants with aromatherapy. This is a relaxing class in which I guide you to do breathwork and fully enter the parasympathetic nervous system mode. You will find some stillness in between your bustling thoughts allowing yourself to release stress and anxiety and feel peace and calm. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and rejuvenated with fewer aches and pains.
