HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
Have a quiet place where you can relax for a little over an hour. I will set up my portable massage table. I have a crystal infrared heating pad and blankets so you will be very comfortable. I play relaxing music and also use essential oils for aromatherapy and crystal therapy as well as using sound therapy.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?
My signature combination session includes reflexology, reiki energy and Thai massage on a portable massage table which I bring to your home. I do mobile services. I come to you. I work with different modalities of energy healing to align your lifeforce and keep your body and spirit in balance. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy with an emphasis on identifying and addressing current stressors, exploring past experiences and family dynamics, and developing positive life patterns. Healing body, mind and spirit as one is crucial to personal wellness. My signature combination will help you to become a healthier and more energetic and joyful person with increased wellbeing. This treatment has shown to give relief from fibromyalgia, sciatica, neurological disorders and more. I am fully certified in all modalities and am an active member of the Reflexology Association of Canada. Reflexology effects all parts of the body via the neural network connections. Incorporating reiki and integrated energy therapy with these treatments enhances and magnifies the benefits and raises your vibration which you could experience as a feeling of lightness and joy.
